I had spinal surgury about 3 months ago and was looking for a good replacement pillow to support my neck. This pillow is very conforming and firm. I am 5'6'', medium build, and this pillow is just a little too tall. I've only had it a few days, so it might flatten out a little. It is much longer than other neck support pillows.

I recently tried 3 different types of Malouf pillows. First, I tried the highloft plush and found that it did not offer enough support or height. Then I tried the Malouf convoluted and found that it was too hard. Finally, just like Goldilocks, the third is the charm! Highloft firm is just the right amount of height support and softness. Slept great first night. No tossing and turning! Glad I kept trying. :)

Look at all the 5 Star Ratings. I totaly agree. If I could give a 6 Star Rating I would. Best sleep I've had in years. As far as some of the reviews saying the pillows have an odor, this is true for most memory foam products. Give it a could of days airing it out if you notice an odor and it will be just fine. I can sleep with that. Really Great Product.
